My password isn't working

If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following steps:

Recover/reset your Password

  1. Check that the email you are using matched the email in the welcome letter which was emailed to you.
  2. Click this link and then enter your email address. You can also click the ‘Forget your password?’ link on the login page.
  3. You will be emailed a custom link to reset your password.

I didn't receive a password reset email.

If you don't receive an email to reset your password, first check that is hasn't been put in you junk email folder, then please create a new ticket and we will look into the issue for you.
