My password isn't working
If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following steps:
Recover/reset your Password
- Check that the email you are using matched the email in the welcome letter which was emailed to you.
- Click this link and then enter your email address. You can also click the ‘Forget your password?’ link on the login page.
- You will be emailed a custom link to reset your password.
I didn't receive a password reset email.
If you don't receive an email to reset your password, first check that is hasn't been put in you junk email folder, then please create a new ticket and we will look into the issue for you.
